What’s new?

As well as a full list of upcoming activities and events, this magazine showcases the inspiring creativity that takes place at Clifford House, with stories from our art club regular Terry and even some poetry written be our Creative Writing group. This term we hope to inspire your creativity even further with our new Art Club themes - you can now try your hand at Life Drawing on Tuesdays 10am-12pm or explore the vibrant colours of Expressionism on Thursdays 2pm-4pm.

We’re continuing to develop our offering of support groups and wellbeing activities. We’re looking forward to learning about the power of mindfulness in a new class led by Toby, one of our yoga teachers - join us on Wednesdays at 10am at Mindfulness: managing difficult emotions.

Our new coffee morning on Tuesday 10am-12pm is open to anybody who has recently been bereaved of their partner. Each week will alternative between a women’s group and a men’s group, giving you to the opportunity to share your experiences with others in a similar situation.

To ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to access our activities, some of our most popular sessions are bookable by phone only. These are marked with a phone symbol in the What’s On timetable.
